Returns & Refunds Policy (Digital Products)

1. Right of withdrawal

Under Article VI.53(12) of the Belgian Economic Law Code, digital content (online courses, coaching, training materials) is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal if:

  • Delivery has started with your explicit consent before the 14-day period ends.

  • The product is provided entirely in digital form (no physical items).

→ No refunds will be issued after the access link or materials have been sent.

2. Explicit consent (required)

Before purchase, you must check a box confirming:

"I acknowledge that this is a digital product (online training, coaching, etc.) and access will be granted immediately after payment. I expressly waive my right of withdrawal upon receipt of the access link or login credentials."

3. Exceptions (eligible refunds)

Refunds may be considered only in these cases:

  • Technical failure preventing access (after verification by our team).

  • Our error (e.g., wrong link sent or content not matching the description).

→ No refunds will be granted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Non-use after purchase.

  • Partial access (if the client has already viewed part of the content).

4. Refund request process

If you believe you qualify for an exception:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of receiving access: disaya.bxl@gmail.com.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number.

    • Reason for the request (with evidence if applicable, e.g., screenshots of errors).

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
